SUSTAINING YOUR SEASON

SUSTAINING YOUR SEASON

As a believer, there is never supposed to be a better yesterday for us but we often hear life is full or ups and downs, NO  NEVER not for a Christian.

Proverbs 4:18

“But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day” This is the testimony of a believer, though there may be a lot of challenges but they are to help bring an increase, grow and expand.

Isaiah 60:20

“Thy sun shall NO MORE GO DOWN; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended”

This is God’s promise which comes with the Salvation package, that there should never be a time when Christians have a better yesterday.

To sustain the open season over you, there are two(2) things that must always be done

1) Never consume all your first fruit on yourself. At anytime you’re blessed and increase comes, you must be always set a portion out to promote the kingdom. You must also remember those who do not have and give a portion to help them. Both are very necessary and never to be interchanged, giving to the poor should never suffice for giving to advance the kingdom. This will open a level of grace for prosperity up to you while giving alms and supporting the people that do not have will help eliminate curses.

This was evident with King David, he never lost a battle and was tremendously blessed because he understood this principle of giving to both God and the poor.

1 Samuel  30:23

“Then said David, Ye shall not do so, my brethren, with that which the LORD hath given us, who hath preserved us, and delivered the company that came against us into our hand”

He didn’t just stop there, he also went to the elders of Judah and gave a portion to them. This principle helps keep the heaven open over you.

2) You must be consistent and constantly doing that which birthed  the success you are now experiencing. Oftentimes when people is have a positive change, they get to comfortable, sometimes too occupied with the results of the success and forget to continue doing the actions that brought those results in the first place.

3) When success comes always maintain your spiritual routine. Never allow work or any other thing take away that time or that activity you were doing before success came.

These three things are the secrets to sustaining success. If adhered to, their is a guaranty that you will never work in a dark season ever again
