MY TESTIMONY OF GOD’S MERCIES

Dear Church,

I want to thank God for His mercies over my life so far. His mercies toward me and my family over the past year have been numerous and undeniable.

About a year ago, on the very first day I was supposed to resume work after my maternity leave, my husband and I were involved in an accident on Third Mainland Bridge. Although the car was badly damaged, not a single scratch or injury came to us.

Shortly after, on my way back from work, I had an unexplainable fall in the middle of the road while trying to cross, with moving vehicles narrowly dodging me. God raised helpers who stood to protect me. When a moving bus almost crushed me while I was still trying to understand what had happened, these helpers shielded me.

Sometime in the middle of the year, during one of my baby’s teething episodes, he had a seizure and was struggling to breathe. For some unknown reason, I couldn’t sleep that night and was watching a movie. Because of this, I noticed the situation in time and took immediate action. When we got to the hospital, the doctors couldn’t explain what had happened, but we are grateful to God that it occurred while we were awake and could act.

My dad suffered a minor leg injury that later developed into osteomyelitis. The doctor mentioned that if there had been any further delay, it could have led to amputation or even death. But God intervened. He helped throughout the healing process, and my dad eventually recovered and began walking again.

Many things happened in 2024, but God consistently showed up and extended His mercy to me.

Over three years ago, when I had just joined my organization, I committed what could be regarded as misconduct. Although it wasn’t against a written policy, it was not something to be proud of. At the time, I was relatively new and followed advice that didn’t favor me because God was not in it. Recently, some changes in the organization led to a review of processes in the area where I had previously committed this act. I had already repented and asked for God’s mercy when the Holy Spirit reminded me of it. As this new year began, I received a query regarding it. I was perplexed and wondered why this had to happen at the very start of a year of divine appointments. I earnestly prayed for God’s mercy and exoneration, knowing I was wrong. Indeed, God arose on my behalf and showed me mercy. He granted me favor, and colleagues at various levels supported me. Ultimately, I was exonerated. God’s mercy came through. Though this incident is not something to be proud of, I vowed to share the testimony of His mercy.

Recently, my brother was diagnosed with a condition in his throat. However, as I write this testimony, I am confident that he is completely healed because God has always been faithful and has consistently come through for us.

The amazing thing about all these testimonies is how God’s Word always comes through, often accompanied by a prophetic release in church that addresses each matter.

For all He has done for me, I am grateful, O Lord. This is me returning all the glory to God for His mercy, favor, blessings, and love toward me and my household.
