Praise God, church!
I have come to acknowledge the FAITHFULNESS of God in my life and in His words.
These testimonies are long overdue but God’s goodness is tangible, everyday!
Testimony 1.
Sometime in April 2024, all the clients I serve decided to end their contracts and I had nothing to keep the lights on. At first, anxiety started to kick in and the devil started to ask me how I will pay my bills, eat, or even pay my next rent. To top the noise, I received a letter from my Landlady that I should vacate the premises in less than 6 months. This meant I had to look for extra money to get a new apartment.
For weeks, I kept asking God what He would have me do. I know He didn’t abandon me. I was just wondering what the next phase is and how to enter into it. At the end of every week, I would write out the amount I wanted to earn and the number of clients I want to serve to achieve that goal. April ended. May too. Nothing happened. I kept confessing the word and shutting the voice of the devil down.
Then in June, Pastor led us to make some declarations and then pronounced blessings over us. I believed with the whole of me and had a witness that that would be my turning point and the reference of my testimony.
As I got home that Sunday, I started rejoicing because my new season is here.
That same week, someone I had worked for, in the US, referred me to her friend. I didn’t have to submit any Resume or portfolio. We had a chat and I got on board. The next week, 2 people reached out to me to handle certain projects for them. By the end of July, I had signed on 3 clients and was invited to create a proposal for a fourth one.
Indeed, believe in the Lord your God and you shall be established. Believe in His prophet and you shall succeed.
Testimony 2.
Throughout my waiting season, I started to break out badly. I had a lot of evidence on my face that my hormones were imbalanced. My face started to get dark, I had huge acne breakouts and facial hairs. I was worried that I had to take meds to balance it. During the declarations Pastor Sola led us in, I felt led to mention even that to the Lord and I started to declare that my hormones are balanced! I don’t care what they call it. My hormones are balanced. Every morning, I would look at my face in the mirror and thank God because my hormones are balanced and my face is restored. As at the time of this testimony, my face has been restored. No traces of the heavy acne breakouts. Facial hairs are fading out. I am made whole!
God has proven His word in the mouth of His prophet. I thank God for His word in season and for Pastor Sola and the leadership of the Household of David.
God sustained me!
